Dr. Terry P. Ray has been a licensed veterinarian since he graduated from Texas A&M University in 1978. He served as a veterinarian in the United States Army for two years. Dr. Ray joined Kilgore Small Animal Hospital in 1981 and became a partner in 1984. In 1996 Dr. Ray became the sole proprietor.
I am married and have two beautiful kids. I have been working as a vet tech and in various fields of animal caretaking since I was 19 years old. I Have owned my own grooming business hold my BA from the University of Texas and two associates from Kilgore College, as well as a certificate from Duke University in Canine cognition and emotion.. I really enjoy getting to know my clients and patients, hear their stories and find out how they both bring joy to each others lives as well as making them laugh. My favorite thing to do while working is creating a healthy smile by doing dentals for patients in need. In my spare time I like to paint, read and spend time with my family.
My name is Dori. I am a vet assistant at Kilgore Small Animal Hospital. I am originally from Natchez Ms. I moved to East Texas earlier this year with my husband. I went to college at Louisiana Tech University and I previously worked at a vet clinic in Ruston La. I love animals and have three at home. Their names are Keiko O'Brien (calico cat), Asia (Siberian Husky) and Kiki O'Brien (tortie/manx cat).
I am a Registered Veterinary Technician with an Associate of Veterinary Technology Degree from Bel-Rea Institute of Veterinary Technology in Denver, Colorado. I am single with 7 fur babies and spend my off time with them. I truly enjoy working with pets and educating clients on their care.
I started out as a volunteer in 2014, then started working for Kilgore Small Animal Hospital as a veterinary assistant that year. I enjoy riding horses and taking pictures through my photography business.
I started working at Kilgore Small Animal Hospital as a veterinary assistant in the kennel in 2013 and worked my way up to veterinary technician. I am taking the veterinary technician degree program through Penn Foster College. In my spare time I love to rodeo and train barrel horses.

I have worked at Kilgore Small Animal Hospital for over 30 years. I started in the kennel and have worked in every position except veterinarian. I am a proud grandmother of three and have several assorted fur and feather kids as well.
Chicken has been at Kilgore Small Animal Hospital for about 4-5 years. He originally came to find a new forever home. His friendly personality and outgoing behavior very quickly won over staff, veterinarians and clients and his forever home was assured. He was quickly promoted from clinic cat to Client Relations V. P.
